Post by IguanamanPost by IguanamanIt was sold on Saturday for £15,400 to a guy in Sutton Coldfield.
Not doing the totle correctly was an honest mistake.
Fair enough.
Post by IguanamanPost by IguanamanWhy slag off an Audi TT V6. Have you ever owned one? Or do you
just read magazines and always believe other people opinions like a
sheep. The RS4 is better I know, but not to everyones taste. The
TT has been one of the best selling Audis for the last 8 years.
I've never owned a TT V6, but I have driven a couple. Gearbox is excellent,
handling is nothing special, ride isn't that good at all and the TT weighs
too much so isn't /that/ quick for something with that amount of power.
Quick, but nothing special.
Post by IguanamanPost by IguanamanShow me a hairdresser that could afford a car costing nearly 30
grand. "Pete M"
Post by Pete MPost by Pete MWell, that's a useful post.
Some chunk of shit Audi it turned out to be, one of those
hairdresser jobs.
Probably vastly overvalued by the owner, and unloved by the rest
of the world.
Niiiiiice.

Well, that's as maybe, but as you're the one who's got the unsold
Audi. Nigh on £14k reserve on a 50k mile Audi TT V6 indeed, as I posted
earlier it's overpriced and under-wanted.
Seems to be a recurring thing in here, with £2k Escorts and now
this. No doubt you'll post in a couple of days that someone bought it
out
of the paper for £15,995 and of course we'll all believe you.
If you think it was over-priced it shows how little you know. The
cheapest 2004 3.2 TT on Autotrader is £16,500. My car also had the
BOSE sound system and 18" alloys which added approx £1500 when new.
Good options, but they're hardly rare ones so they don't increase the value
so much as you'd think.

Very good, a list of cars with high prices.
When 99% of the population go to buy a car they knock money off so the
prices in the Auto Trader are just a guide to how much people are /asking/.
If you look at the "completed listings" on fleabay you'll find plenty that
haven't sold because the price and / or reserve was more than people were
willing to pay. This means they're too expensive. Something is only worth
what people are willing to pay for it. If you got £15k+ then you're a very
lucky person. Well done.
